Bella Rose Bathrooms & Kitchens is a family run business with over 25 years of experience,
even our name is a mixture of our girls' names Eva-Rose & Isabelle.
We have a real passion for design & creating beautiful Bathrooms & Kitchens. Whether you are hoping for a place to relax at the end of a busy day or a robust design that can withstand the heavy demands of an active family, we will help in making sure that you reach your goal.

Site Survey
Planning your dream Bathroom or Kitchen with our experts couldn’t be easier. Firstly, a site survey allows us to fully understand everything we need to know about your requirements, we will take detailed measurements & ask questions to understand your taste & styles (Don’t worry if you don’t have a clue what you want as our designer can create a few designs for you to consider) You’re welcome to share any bathroom images/mood boards you might have found on social media or magazines.

Design
Once we have your room sizes & a rough specification of your requirements, we then use state of the art, award winning CAD software to produce photo like 3D images of the bathroom/kitchen designs. We will also put together a quotation based on the designs, so you have an idea of costs.

Home Visit
To make things easier we arrange a home visit so that we can present our designs to you in the comfort of your own home. We will also bring along furniture swatch samples along with a few example tiles. Should you wish to see more tiles or unit colours we also have a large display of tiles, products & other samples in our warehouse facility which you can visit in Burnley.

Final adjustments & Going ahead!
Further to the home visit, we will then make any adjustments you might require to both the design & quotation & email these over to you. Once you are ready to proceed we would kindly ask for a deposit payment & your job is booked in our diary.

Installation
We work closely with a number of highly skilled Bathroom & Kitchen installers, Builders & Electricians who we can recommend to complete the work for you. If you decide to use the recommended installers, we will book this in their diaries for you.
